Monterde is an advanced stage gold and silver project located in the Guazapares Municipality, in the south west of the State of Chihuahua in north central Mexico.
This project will be mined by a combination of open pit and underground methods, with the ore fed to a conventional grinding mill and cyanide leach circuit. Dore bars will be refined onsite employing the Merrill-Crowe recovery technique.
This project is expected to have reserves of approximately 1 million ounces of equivalent gold.
