Bryan is a Metallurgical Engineer and a registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia, with over 35 years of domestic and international senior management and engineering experience. He has worked extensively in all aspects of mining project development, including: scoping studies, pre-feasibility studies, bankable feasibility studies, metallurgical studies, valuations, due diligence studies, plant design, construction, commissioning and startup.
His accomplishments include Project Management of EPCM work on numerous mining projects including: Louvicourt, Marigold Gold Mine, Porco, and Pogo Gold Mine in Alaska. As project manager, he led the Pogo Gold project through scoping, pre-feasibility, permitting, feasibility design, construction, and startup.
Bryan also has extensive experience in project controls, financial analysis, project finance, and risk analysis. Technically, his experience includes: base metal flotation, precious metals, hydrometallurgy, SX-EW, pressure oxidation and smelting.
He was a Vice President of AMEC from 1994 to 2005 and has since been active in mining project development and management, as a director and/or officer of various mining and resource related companies and as president of a private mining company. Since 2009, Bryan has led the turnaround of the Piedras Verdes Copper Mine acquired by Invecture in 2009. He has also led the technical evaluation of the mining investment opportunities for Invecture and played key roles in their acquisition of Kimber Resources (Monterde Project) and their purchase of the Los Cardones Project from Vista Gold.

John has over 35 years of experience doing business in Mexico. He founded Invecture in 2008 in order to pursue the acquisition of TSX listed Frontera Copper Corporation. He recruited the technical, strategic, managerial and financial talent required for the successful operational and financial turnaround of the Piedras Verdes mine. Earlier in his career, he acquired Grupo Tiger from the bankrupt estate of Los Angeles based Tiger Leasing Group in 1985 and developed it into a valued added financial services lender. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of a mexican radio broadcaster.

Julio is a Charted Accountant and holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance. He has 25 years of experience in financial and operational management. Before joining us, he specialized in government banking in Mexican commercial banks; he also served as Chief Financial Officer at the Servicio de Administración y Enajenación de Bienes (a unit of the Mexican Federal Finance Ministry) and as Assistant Commissioner of the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (the Mexican federal tax authority).

Emilio holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and a postgraduate degree in Finance. He has 20 years of experience in financial and operational leasing, commercial banking and financial entities in Mexico and abroad. He is the owner’s representative at the Piedras Verdes mine with specific emphasis on the oversight of employee, community and strategic partner relations.

Adriana is an economist with 15 years of experience. She is a highly accomplished financial executive with successful experience in finance, accounting and operations management for infrastructure and mining companies.
She joined the team in 2008 and was involved in the financial valuation and acquisition of the Piedras Verdes mine, the Monterde and Los Cardones Projects. She was Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2013 through 2018 and is now participating in the strategic analysis of current and potential investments.
She has extensive experience in financial valuation, strategic evaluation, risk analysis and business diligence of investment opportunities over a broad range of industries and geographies, including Public Private Partnership infrastructure transactions, a multibillion dollar aviation venture, the creation of a de novo bank, an electronic commodity exchange and mining projects at all stages of development, among many others.
She also has participated in several M&A transactions, competitive asset sale processes both as a buyer and seller, selection of and negotiation with, investment bankers, private and public market raises of debt and equity, non-recourse project finance for PPP infrastructure projects, public and private debt restructuring, bond consent and exchange transactions, pre-emptive litigation and similar measures.

Rodrigo brings over 10 years of experience in investment management and corporate finance experience. Before joining our team in 2018, he served as Chief Financial Officer at a private construction and development company where he was responsible for financial planning, debt issuance, structuring and controlling the financial performance of various Public Private Partnerships projects. He also served as Project Finance Director at Banco Interacciones, where he was responsible for structuring financing at various levels in the capital structure for infrastructure projects and earlier as Financial Planning Manager at PINFRA overseeing the structuring and valuation of investments.
