Bryan is a Metallurgical Engineer and a registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia, with over 30 years of domestic and international senior management and engineering experience. He has worked extensively in all aspects of mining project development, including; scoping studies, pre-feasibility studies, bankable feasibility studies, metallurgical studies, valuations, due diligence studies, plant design, construction, commissioning and startup. His accomplishments include Project Management of EPCM work on numerous mining projects including: Louvicourt, Marigold Gold Mine, Porco, and Pogo Gold Mine in Alaska. As project manager, he led the Pogo Gold project through scoping, pre-feasibility, permitting, feasibility design, construction, and startup. Bryan also has extensive experience in project controls, financial analysis, project finance, and risk analysis. Technically, his experience includes: base metal flotation, precious metals, hydrometallurgy, SX-EW, pressure oxidation and smelting. He was a Vice President of AMEC from 1994 to 2005 and has since been active in mining project development and management, as a director and/or officer of various mining and resource related companies and as president of a private mining company. Since 2009, Bryan has led the turnaround of the Piedras Verdes Copper Mine acquired by Invecture in 2009. He has also led the technical evaluation of the mining investment opportunities for Invecture and played key roles in their acquisition of Kimber Resources and their purchase of the Los Cardones Project from Vista Gold.

John has over 35 years of experience doing business in Mexico. He founded Invecture in 2008 in order to pursue the acquisition of TSX listed Frontera Copper Corporation. He recruited the technical, strategic, managerial and financial talent required for the successful operational and financial turnaround of Frontera’s Piedras Verdes mine. Earlier in his career, he acquired Grupo Tiger from the bankrupt estate of Los Angeles based Tiger Leasing Group in 1985 and developed it into a valued added financial services company that had dual listings on the Bolsa Mexicana de Valores and the NASDAQ National Market. At the time, it was the second Latin American financial services company to issue SEC registered equity. He has been chairman of a Mexican commercial bank and CEO of an Alabama based optical coin validation technology company.

Mark has over 30 years of mining experience ranging from initial studies through to mine operations and senior management. He has worked as Frontera Mining Corporation’s President from 2011 to present. Prior to that he was Vice President of Mining. Over this period copper production has increased from a nominal 8,000 tpa to greater than 40,000 tpa and the mine life has increased from 5 years to greater than 15 years. Prior to his tenure with Frontera he worked as Manager of Technical Services for Aura Minerals. With Aura he worked on the development of the feasibility for Serrote da Laje, the purchase of Aranzazu and the purchase and integration of Yamana Golds Sao Francisco, Sao Vicente and San Andres into the organization. Positions prior to Aura Minerals include Principle Mine Engineer for AMEC and increasing levels of responsibility from mine planning, management and operations within Manalta and Elk Valley Coal (now part of Teck Resources). Mark holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Montana Tech, Butte, Montana. He is a registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia.

Julio is a Charted Accountant and holds a postgraduate degree in Accounting and Finance. He has 25 years of experience in financial and operational management. Before joining us, he specialized in government banking in Mexican commercial banks; he also served as Chief Financial Officer at the Servicio de Administración y Enajenación de Bienes (a unit of the Mexican Federal Finance Ministry) and as Assistant Commissioner of the Servicio de Administración Tributaria (the Mexican federal tax authority).

Alan has over 35 years of geologic experience ranging from exploration through operations. He has worked as Frontera Mining Corporation’s Vice President Geology and Exploration from 2011 to the present. His responsibilities include managing the Piedras Verdes Mine geologic staff and the exploration group. During this time, his exploration team has more than tripled the copper resource base of the mine. Prior to his tenure with Frontera, he worked as Vice President Exploration for Aura Minerals. With Aura, he had both operations and exploration responsibility for 4 operating mines. During this time, his team increased the resource base at both the Concepción del Oro Mine in Zacatecas and the San Andrés Mine in Honduras. His teams are credited with discovering 3 million ounces of gold at Bald Mountain Mine in eastern Nevada. He has two grass roots discoveries in Mexico, the Santana deposit located in Sonora, and the Monterde deposit in Chihuahua. He has worked in North America, South America, and Africa. Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the Mackay School of Mines, University Nevada-Reno. He is a registered Professional Geoscientist with APEGBC, British Columbia, Canada.

Chris is a Registered Professional Geoscientist with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from McMaster University and a Citation in Applied Geostatistics from the University of Alberta. He has over 34 years of industry experience in geological modelling and resource/reserve estimation at developing properties and operating mines worldwide. He specializes in the estimation of mineral resources for gold and copper projects using linear and non-linear geostatistical estimation methods and conditional simulation. Previous employers include Placer Dome, AMEC and NovaGold Resources. Prior to joining Frontera Mining he was Manager Geostatistics with Aura Minerals Inc.

Gareth is a Chemical Engineer and a registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia with 15 years of primary industry experience. Starting with Frontera in 2009, he was project manager for several materials handling projects, heap leach metallurgical test work programs and was operations superintendent for the crushing and stacking system He managed a Mexican EPCM firm from basic engineering to construction and commissioning of the concentrator process facilities. During this project, he built and trained an operations and maintenance team capable of running the facility. He was responsible for auditing as well as proposing and implementing changes to optimize throughput and the plant achieved nameplate throughput and copper production. With this project team, he has continued to provide support to other operations within Mexico in various stages of development, including the Monterde Gold Silver Feasibility Project in Chihuahua. Prior to joining Frontera, Gareth worked for 6 years in consulting as a process engineer for AMEC and Hatch developing numerous feasibility studies and managing metallurgical test work programs. He also has experience in operations, and research and development in the ammonia, pulp and paper and packaging gas industries.

He has 20 years of experience in financial and operational leasing, commercial banking and financial entities in Mexico and abroad. He is the owner’s representative at the Piedras Verdes mine with specific emphasis on the oversight of employee, community and strategic partner relations.

Jose Luis has a degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Industrial Engineering. He specializes in tax leveraged financing structures, tax compliance, corporate governance, scrutiny, analysis and diligence of business plans. Before joining us he worked in plant design at Cervecería Cuaúhtemoc Moctezuma and product development at the Prolec GE Transformer Division of General Electric – Mexico.
